In our discussion, we will be looking at some of the detailed differences between Wills and Trusts with regards to estate planning. We will examine the requirements for probate here in Colorado and ways to avoid or minimize the probate process.  We will discuss ways to manage disability, and other traditional planning tools.  And we will finish up with how to put the whole plan together.
